The registration to the conference includes the full admission to all presentations of the 2 day event, to the lunch of both days, to the conference dinner of day 1, to all coffee breaks and a conference kit.

The registration fee is €350 per person. Participants from Germany must add 19% VAT (total 416,50 €). For students, the fee is € 100 per person. Students from Germany must add 19% VAT (total 119 €). Please present the proof of your student status at the registration desk, otherwise REGISTRATION can not be granted at the reduced rate!

If you cancel your registration before November 10th a full refund, minus an administration fee of 50 Euros, will be provided. No refund will be made for cancellations made after that date.

If you are an active member of the press, please register free of charge by sending an email to info@hyfleet-cute-final-conference.com and give your first name, last name, full postal address, phone and fax number and the name of the magazine / press agency you work for. Please present the proof of your press status at the registration desk, otherwise REGISTRATION can not be granted at the reduced rate!

The conference takes place at the Empire Riverside Hotel.
After the conference close on day 2, a bus will be available for the transport of the conference participants to the airport and to the central railway station.
